I stopped by to grab an application and I wasnt the only one trying to get an application. Despite it being busy I was greeted cheerfully by the young lady in the office. She answered all my questions and also informed me that once a month they have tenant appreciation day were the try and give back to there tenants. Awesome! When I walked in they had free donuts and good coffee. Management that does things like that for there tenants makes me really want to get an apartment there. Fingers crossed!

I was looking for an affordable housing unit recently and the manager Christina made it such a pleasant experience. She stopped what she was doing and gave me a tour of a vacant unit she had. That unit was rented and she did let me know that the waiting list is long but encouraged me to apply and gave me hope! She provided me with a list of all of the apartments that Peoples manages and I am now less overwhelmed with the process. Thank you again for all of your help
