I recently had a misunderstanding of a late payment issue and thanks to the manager whose name I did not ask was quickly and professionally able to resolve this matter even though i was in the wrong. Their office could be in a better location as parking is limited. When busy the wait times can be long as there are not many agents at most two working at at time. They agents seem to always be changing as every time we come to renew our policy we see new faces. They do offer good rates on automobile insurance mainly through Kemper. However Kempers customer service is awful and you only deal with them via phone and they have no local offices.
