Esmay Electric, Inc. installed a SunPower Solar System on both of my homes in Lake Havasu City. I would choose them over any other company, local or not, if I ever need another Solar System in the future. They have been installing solar in the Lake Havasu area for over 14 years and have excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff from the office to the installer/electricians.

I have never left any review in my entire life, but this company is beyond disappointing. Our electric bill was over $500 and we were even gone for 3 weeks. When we checked the system, the monitoring app shows that we have not made any energy since April. When this system was sold to us, we were told that they warranty 10 years of monitoring-- he even said anytime something is wrong with the system, they will know guaranteed! It's been down for 3 months and we were the ones who made the discovery. The rep even said that if we make less than the minimal energy, we will get REIMBURSED to get us there. Just got off the phone with them, and they said that they have no reimbursement program and that they can't send anyone out til 2 weeks from now. For the meantime, I'm losing money everyday. It's a 43 grand loan and I deeply regret getting it. What was told to us during sales were false. Integrity should come above all else with a company. We were paying more now that we before we had the system!

I have been involved in engineering & construction for the past 40 years. They installed the system over 6 years ago, we expanded it this year to allow for an EV. I have a great appreciation for the quality of their work. We have not had any problems with the system. It has been performing better than originally proposed!

BEWARE!!!!!
This is the worst company ever!!!! Since they put solar in my bills have doubled consistently now for years, and when they put the solar in, they damaged my roof. There are hundreds of screws and nails protruding through what was once by nice overhang, wraparound porch. Once they get their money you are then not important and if you call them with a problem, they’re rude as hell.

100% Satisfaction and exceeded my expectations. They were so professional in every way. They even provided ALL of the information I gave my tax accountant for the AZ rebates we received. Extremely happy with our solar.

I was told my system would be monitored - not so. It was down for almost 3 mo., so I don't have totals for Mar, Apr & May & with that loss of info. I don't know how I will get a total for the yr. Also, I think that I am only getting credit back of about $30 -50 / yr., I was expecting at least $100 or better.

I could not be happier with this company,, the workmanship, the professionalism, and everyone in the office and on the job were delightful to deal with. We bought our system after talking to my CPA because of the return in the long run and we are enjoying it every month
You won’t regret your choice with this company they went beyond what i expected

Esmay electric. The owners are only helpful when you are installing a new system. Warranty is the worst service we have ever experienced.
Run around is their game. We will never recommend this solar company to anyone.
