Our experience at the Leesburg social security office was very professional. I stopped in on Monday and the security guard courteously told me I would have to make an appointment. I called, spent 20 minutes on hold, explained what I needed and made an appointment for the next day.

At our appointment, we were called promptly. The worker had our documents ready, asked if we had any questions, and we were on our way. One of the best experiences we've ever had at a government office.

2 hours of waiting to take 5 minutes of actual service. Appointment was made yet they can’t hold them within reason. Worse than dealing with the DMV. Thank goodness the lady that did service me was nice and overall helpful but the way the office is run is garbage.

Came to get a social security replacement card as a walk-in. I knew there was going to be a bit of a wait doing that. After two hours of waiting, the security guard told me in a rude way that I need an appointment. So I tried to call a few times to do so, but I kept getting hung up on. So I found someone to ask about if I needed an appointment since that is what the security guard told me. The employee told me the security guard does not work there and they hired him as a 3rd party. The whole time he was being rude to people and telling them what they are suppose to do which was incorrect. There was no reason for him to be rude or telling people the wrong information. If he is hired as a security guard, that should be all he is doing. They either need to hire from a better company, or have police do it.

Absolutely useless whether in person or on the phone they have very limited information about joining medicare and seem proud of the fact! If I could give them a no star review I would. I still have no help regarding my application after 4 months of trying

Had An appointment may 1st, got to office found a sign on windows closed. Man at door said there was a power outage early morning, sent workers home and if I had an appointment they would call me. no phone call....

Worst dam place ever! Don't bother coming in as a walk in you will wait for 2 hours then they will tell you it's appointment only and send you home. They will lie right to your face saying it's posted all over the front door but it's not. Waste of dam space. People here are rude.

I call 5 times and they said they will answer the call , but they supposed to answer my call, no body responded. And they who ever answered hang up the phone! I didn’t know the , the office was close! Cause they never said anything on the phone!

had an appointment at 10:15, waited for 3+ hours to be seen. they don’t even have enough seats for everyone waiting.
