Hello, I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Every year the insurance companies made me more expensive. For no reason at all. After 20 years, I called to cancel the insurance, they sent me an email, which I confirmed and sent. They didn't send anything about ending the insurance. So I wrote an email asking if they canceled my policy. No one answered. So I called there and they said they didn't know but they didn't cancel anything. Very poor communication. Overpriced by double price insurance. Progressive gave me half price for better coverage! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALLSTATE INSURANCE !!!!!

There is a lot to discuss, but unfortunately, time is limited for this review. Firstly, it is nearly impossible to reach a live person over the phone. Secondly, aside from the feeling of being overcharged and exploited, the service is satisfactory. The premiums have been increased, and the insurance costs are exorbitant. I may have to resort to selling body parts to afford the coverage. Despite being a loyal customer for almost two decades without any claims, the annual fees continue to rise inexplicably.

This agency proivides great coverage at competitive prices, has real huimans answering the pones, and has friendly, attentive staff that has your best interests in mind. Mauricio is a genuine and kind agent that always helped me when I had questions or problems. Very recommended.

My family requested two cars be added via email early November of 2023 (emailed Giron directly). The coverage requested was full coverage. Giron's staff made a mistake as he just forwards emails to his staff to handle. We had an accident late November of 2023. Giron was made aware of the mistake made by his staff. Copies of the emails were sent to him and Allstate claims. Yet, they still have not covered the loss and it is now March of 2024. Worst experience ever!!! I will also be moving my vehicles from this agency and Allstate asap.

Update April/2024- Allstate paid out for the car. I moved my vehicles to a different company.

Moral of the story: read your documents after every policy change and renewal.

Don't sign anything if you don't understand it.

Horrible Horrible customer service. They never answer and will not call you back when you leave a message. They just raise your rates even though we had no accidents. I canceled and moved on.

never answers calls the ONE time they did mauricio was no help he told me to figure it out myself that he couldn’t do anything g i called a different branch and within 5 minutes they solved my problem for me. I call Rick Adam’s branch whenever i need help i don’t ever bother with calling Mauricio’s branch anymore
