Tried to get in contact about whether my move would be covered. Then got charged for an additional month. When they explained it wouldn't be covered. I asked for a refund. They refused to imburse me. My items weren't even at the storage unit when the insurance renewed. I Want my money back you criminals.

Morally reprehensible company. I cancelled my policy. When I requested a prorated refund, they told me, "There are no prorated refunds as you received a discount at purchase for your policy based on your term." I do not recommend this company. I doubt they would ever pay out on a claim.

Their "address" 26895 Aliso Creek Rd suite b-439, Aliso Viejo, CA is a fake rented mailbox in a strip mall. They don't reply to inquiries and just collect premiums in small amounts. God forbid if you suffer a loss and have to actually file a claim. This is typical of insurance agents selling cheap policies to consumers who think they're obtaining reliable coverage from a licensed insurer. Victims may not discover they've been scammed until they file a claim with these "ghost brokers," who could put you, your family and your finances at risk.

UPDATE: This mystery "business" finally responded when they got a negative review, but they never replied to emails or answered phone inquiries. Try calling them if you are a customer and need help - good luck with that. They are STILL a fake rented mailbox in a strip mall posing as a business.

SnapnSure has no human employees to talk with, their Web site does nothing they say it does, and I want to cancel my policy now but they give me no way to do it.

It makes me wonder if, over the years I've insured with them, they even have any resources to pay a claim.

Super easy to sign up. However, once you have issues or need to contact them, there is no way you can reach their customer support, which really defeat the purpose of having an insurance, doesn’t it? I called, left a voicemail, tried live chat, and emailed. Nothing. I’m just waiting for them to contact me. Luckily, I don’t have an emergency, but not to be able to reach a customer support when I need support is just not good. I probably will cancel my contract and look elsewhere if I can even cancel at all. 👎

I don’t have experience with a claim but their customer support practices are lame to say the least. No live person answers a phone and forget it if you need something done quickly, won’t happen. I’m sure the reps are fine, they respond to emails but not in any way, shape, or form in a timely manner. Find another company if you need a company you can contact.
