My first appointment was a disaster with the front office. The receptionist was yelling at my driver like she was trash. I got yelled at for making a mistake with an insurance card—she was beyond—in front of the whole filled waiting room, she just kept yelling at me with FULL DETAILS! HIPPA got flung off the roof with everything she was yelling about. I DID NOT WANT TO COME BACK AT ALL! It was a disgrace how she treated us!

This second appointment I was literally dreading, but shockingly she used manners I never knew she had. It was a pleasant experience. Dr Dawson was fantastic, polite, professional, and friendly as always! He was great—my toe not so much!

Kindness, courtesy and professionalism.
I made an appointment and it would’ve been a 10 days out before being able to see the doctor. (diagnosis planter fasciitis)
I had procrastinated (suffered) for six weeks before actually making that call. I called back three days later and found there was an opening that very same day.
I gave the receptionist my insurance information, ID and filled out the documents required & to my knowledge one of my insurances had been canceled. I made a phone call to my insurance company and found out the receptionist was correct.
She had such and kind Professional demeanor. I appreciate her tremendously.
She was correct that insurance did NO longer existed. She was very kind, as was the medical technician and the knowledge of the Doctor Whom I seen , Dr May.
Once in the Examining room I was given quick treatment to my injured feet.
I thank all of those that were involved in my treatment and appreciate and respect them.
I’m to follow up in 3 weeks

The office staff is amazing. Kind, efficient and very friendly. Dr. Delbene is a kind, caring doctor and has a great sense of humor. Always helpful when you’re in pain. He fixed me up and made it clear that he was always there if I needed him. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was fantastic! The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and got me in quickly. The nurse made me feel like I was a real person, not a time frame. And I'm totally in love with Dr. DelBene. He "listened"! Covered any concerns I had and took care of my needs.

Dr. Przynosch is very professional and competent in his role as a podiatrist surgeon. He is also delightful to work with as is the rest of the clinic staff. I am pain free in my foot for the first time in I don’t know how long. I’m looking forward to hitting the hiking trails this summer.

I had an appointment here in October and it went just fine, aside from the fact I only saw the doctor for a total five minutes–though that's pretty typical of most places these days. But I had a follow-up appointment last week at eight o'clock so I got all checked in, but after waiting thirty minutes I asked the receptionist what was going on; she then informed me that the doctor wasn't coming in until nine that day. So then why was I scheduled for an eight o'clock appointment?! Nevertheless, why was I not told when I arrived that morning that I'd have to wait AN HOUR to be seen? I understand we're all just a number at these places, but there should be some higher level of common courtesy than that. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Let's get the complaint out of the way.
The parking lot is a bit small. Lots of handicap access but busy.
We parked across the street .
The building is one story , no elevators or stairs to navigate.
There is a big lobby with a lot of seating and the reception.
Upon check-in there was but a short waiting time. You can look at the many specialty shoes for sale.
The intake assistant came and took us to the examination room.
It was nice to have such a friendly young lady with a sense of humor.
Within a couple minutes the doctor came in.
The examination was thorough and informative. In this case it was decided to consult with a surgeon before anything was done at the clinic.
Good advice, professionally sound.
We'll ultimately return once the possible foot surgery is done.
A great clinic with a great staff.
