I would do a zero-star rating if I could. There have been communicated issues with the property since the day of move-in and not one has been addressed or solved. We get a smoke shield of "Oh it was our maintenance person's fault" or "Oh, we'll get on it" and then nothing ever happens. The lack of communication skills is abysmal. Can't figure out how to answer an email or a call or a maintenance request. You define slumlord! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HOME!! Your clients deserve better treatment than this. Do your job! I will be leaving a one-star rating every day until issues are solved. I hope this brings down your score. This is day 47 of issues not being fixed.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The apartment I stayed in had a/c and heat that did not work which I alerted the property manager about numerous times and was either ignored or told to deal with it because it was an old building. I completed my lease and never received my security deposit back nor a list of deductions which is illegal after 30 days. At first they said they would send it back then when I followed up about it they said they were behind on open invoices. I’ve contacted Jeff and called the office and have been ignored. My lease finished 5 months ago at this point with no returned security deposit or list of deductions so I will be seeking legal action against these thieves.

We rented from Jeff for 2 years. And he and his wife Roxy are amazing! They really care about their tenants. Their response times are amazing if you have questions. And if we ever had any issues, they were taken care of right away. We appreciate them so, so much. And we loved the time we spent working with them. 1000% recommend!

My girlfriend and I rented from Jeff for 2 years! The whole process was very smooth and we had no problems whatsoever. Any maintenance issues were handled very quickly and he always got back to us. I would highly recommend renting from Jeff and Roxy! We would still be renting from them if our jobs didn’t relocate us. Def check them out!

UNTRUSTWORTHY! I waited 3 years for them to replace a broken electrical component in my apt that I kept being promised would be fixed, at the end of it all the property was sold to someone else, without ever resolving my issue.

I've heard from multiple prior tenants besides those who have written reviews here that they never received their security deposits back. That is unbelievable considering how much you charged in rent for a location that couldn't even pass a building inspection.

If you value honest business dealings stay far, far away from this establishment and Sheu Property Holdings.

Rented an inhabitable apartment.. after hvac guy report and multiple violations from the city they still didn’t do anything so I asked to move out. I had no heat during the months of Dec-Feb and they declined to give me back my security deposit when legally they need to according to legal aid. I was slammed with over 600.00 electric bill every month and they told me there is nothing wrong with the unit. When I told them about no heat during -degree weather.. I was told to just put on an extra layer of coat on and put blankets around my windows.. I was living this poor in an inhabitable place while paying a lot I really mean a lot of rent every month for a place with no heat.

I made the Smart Move and listed some vacant lots with them and they almost immediately got me in contract with an off market buyer. I also used their expertise in finding me an industrial warehouse to purchase for another business of mine. Better yet they now offer residential and commercial property management in house!! No more tenant phone calls for me! Highly recommend!
