I recently was looking to expand and relocate my business location. I sought out Dean Slaby for his experience and knowledge of the local marketplace in commercial rental spaces available. I was not disappointed. Dean sat down with me to discuss my wants and needs, not only current but in the future. Where my business was headed and what type of locations might be best suited for my needs. Dean later discussed and walked me thru the options and locations available. I had the pleasure to work with Dean Slaby. Dean is extremely diligent, humbly honest and conscientious to the budget I had. During the entire transaction, Slaby and Associates were very fast at returning calls, sending emails, meeting in person and communicating via text. The team has spent a lot of time dealing with me and locating the PERFECT location. I truly needed a team with DRIVE, passion and determination, and they delivered. Nicole (Administrative Assistant) is one of the most pleasant people you will find to work with via phone or in person.
