I'm doing payments of 125 a month for full coverage with a deposit of $300 which was not bad all considering how the insurance companies are doing right now in California with the wild fires. Give Austin a call, he his friendly patient and does all the homework like finding different quotes from different companies and then sets you up with the one you want.

On the 27th of May, 2020 I was at Service King Collision San Gabriel, and their staff member told me I needed to call my Insurance Agent to get a claim number from Travelers in order to fix my car, so I called my Agent, Kristen Wu.
Please note that the conversation took place in Chinese (Mandarin).

I asked Kristen Wu to file a claim and give me the claim number, and Kristen Wu immediately started being rude saying how I am making her do a lot of work, and how I am very annoying.
Kristen Wu mistakenly made a claim to another insurance company, not my own. However, I needed the claim from Travelers, Kristen Wu kept repeating I was very annoying and refused to file a claim and give me the claim number; the staff at Service King stepped in and spoke with her, stating that she should file a claim and give me the claim number as I am her client. Kristen Wu was also rude towards the staff member at Service King, saying how we are both very annoying (in a rude and loud manner) and refusing to do the claim and provide the claim number. Kristen Wu asked the staff member at Service King to put me back on the line with her, and when I started talking to her, Kristen Wu started full-on screaming and yelling at me and berating me, and then proceeded to hang up on me.

Needless to say, both the staff at Service King and I were shocked and in disbelief at what had just occurred.

I have reported them to Travelers.
