Courtney did my ct scan and he was very sweet and kind. He put my mind at ease for this was my first ct scan. Also Shay from the front desk was very polite, helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. I had an amazing experience!

The mri tech was awesome, he was friendly, courteous and explained everything very well. The facility was not so good. The lockers to put you belongings in, had no locks, the door to the too
didn’t lock, so there was no security about it. The door from the lobby was left open and people were coming in and out of the lobby to the hallway while I was sitting there in my underwear and a gown, and walking back to the room with the back of the gown wide open. I would not recommend except for the MRI tech.

My ultrasound tech, Natalie, was ultra professional. She was pleasant and personable. She helped me stay calm and less anxious. Her care felt genuine. I can't say enough about how she made the difference in this experience!

I was scheduled for 2 scans on 1 visit. The morning of my appointment I received a call saying only 1 scan could be done. Now I have to make another trip and miss unnecessary time from work. The dirt parking lot would have been much better if it was paved. On a positive note the image tech was very efficient and had me in and out quick!

Great experience! The ultrasound tech, Natalie, was patient, thorough, and professional. Reception staff were wonderful. Warning - bring a cushion because all of us in the waiting room were complaining about how uncomfortable the chairs are.

I had to get imaging for an ultrasound, since I’m “self-pay” I called different imaging locations and SimonMed was the one that was way more affordable. Unfortunately it did have to get rescheduled a week later due to technical difficulties they were having. I believe her name is Mia whom I would talk to on the phone she was very nice and helpful when it came to getting information.

Check-in was really easy, showed the receptionist my order form and paid my fee. Did not have to wait much I believe it took 3-5 minutes. Natalie was my ultrasound tech and she was very nice & professional. She was very thorough with explaining the process, she asked if I had any questions, & was very accommodating.

The office was nice & clean. Loved the holiday spirit!

Shay, Leesburg location manager, goes above and beyond to make sure all the necessary paperwork is on file before I arrive. Friendly, professional service and if she says she will call you back, she will call you back. Impressive!

Outstanding staff like Lizette and Courtney round out the experience. Highly recommended.
