We met Denise as a home buyer during a super competitive sellers market in the Rancho Peninsula. We chose to work with Denise because of her integrity, family values, and experience with high-end real estate. At the closing, the listing agent shared with us it was Denise's work ethic and experience that got us across the finish line with an offer that was not the highest.

We decided to rent our townhome and Silver King Brokers stepped up to assist. Denise came to assess the place and brought in a professional photographer. It was rented out within a week.
