Recently had Signature Touch landscaping soft wash our building. We're an oceanfront building so we get a lot of salt and sand buildup which was making us look pretty sad. Dickie did a great job cleaning the siding in a timely manner and with the minimum of disturbance to our guests. The price was competitive and we're happy with the results.

We recently had landscaping and power washing services performed by Signature Touch. What a great experience! Great communication, competitive pricing, and they completed the work as promised. They prepped the yard for winter, planted several trees and mulched beds. The yard looks fantastic. They also power washed the driveway which looks brand new. I highly recommend Signature Touch; you won't go wrong.

Was simply sitting on my porch this morning when Signature Touch pulled up , They started to take care of the pool when an older man pulled out his vape and started blowing out clouds of smoke…… this is not appropriate as we do have kids and people on vacation. Very unprofessional.

Marty and his team have been scamming HOA’s for years. They never get multiple bids for projects and use the same contractors for all the properties they manage. When looking into our contract with them, it was uncovered that their fee structure to manage any capital improvement project was terrible for the HOA. They are incentivized to use the highest bid as they charge their fee as a percentage of the overall cost of the project! If you currently use them, I encourage you to read your contracts and dig into their fees. Professional scam artists. Stay clear.
