Katie Morris is our insurance agent with SIA Group. She is absolutely incredible to work with and has saved my wife and I a lot of money on insurance for our vehicles as well as our small business! had the unfortunate experience of dealing with SIA Group, and I must say it has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal. From the beginning, their business practices have been nothing short of unethical. They make promises that they don't keep, and it seems like their primary goal is to avoid assisting customers in times of need.
Their customer service is equally appalling. Every interaction I've had has been met with indifference, long wait times, and a lack of helpfulness. The representatives seem poorly trained, and none of my concerns were addressed in a meaningful way. It feels like they just want to get rid of you rather than actually resolving the issue.
I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for insurance. The lack of professionalism and transparency is alarming, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all.
