WARNING!!!!!!!!!!
“DO NOT PURCHASE, RENT, OR DO BUSINESS” with SHIN YEN MANAGEMENT.

I fell on one of their properties in MARINA, CA., in Feb. 2024, I have serious medical issues because of it. Aaron Martinez, one of their representatives, who initially spoke to me and was handling the claim, said that the issue would be taken care of by SHIN YEN, after almost a year has gone by in Feb. of 2025, AARON MARTINEZ AND THE ENTIRE SHIN YEN Management CO. has gone on MUTE!! I am still dealing with these medical issues daily while this company has failed to take care of their responsibility.

STAY AWAY FROM SHIN YEN!!!!!!!!!
