More than 10 years ago, we worked with Shilpa to purchase our home in Belmont.  She was so patient and diligent, making sure that we considered all the pros and cons to living in a hilly area.  She was also the voice of reason when it looked like we were getting swept up in a Bay view, when we needed to consider the realities of hillside settling, steep stairs up to the front door, or on-street parking.  The home we ended up purchasing was beautiful, very comfortable to live in, and Shilpa guided us through the offer / negotiation process like the pro she is.

When we were ready to move a bit south, Shilpa worked with us when we purchased our town home in Sunnyvale.  We had some specific requirements, and she again was patient and thorough in setting up a search with us.  She was again a master during offer / negotiation process.

Where Shilpa really shined, though, was as our agent for the sale of our town home.  She was truly the picture of efficiency and planning!  When we first met with her to talk about our plans to sell, she had already done a search in our neighborhood and knew what the market was doing, how inventory was moving, and what the predicted direction of our home's worth would be.  We moved into high gear, with Shilpa leading the charge:  She lined up painters, gave us the name of exceptional workers and even a great mover, met the various painters, tilers, cabinetry workers, etc. at the house, and literally orchestrated the operation like a seasoned maestro!  We were exchanging texts multiple times daily as Shilpa was checking in or informing us of activities & next steps.  We always knew she was taking care of things and keeping our best interest in mind throughout all processes.  We could not have done this without Shilpa.

When setting the asking price for our home, Shilpa was again very thorough and brought all the pertinent information to the table for us to make an informed decision.  We all felt really good about the agreed-upon pricing.  We moved out with 10 days of our first meeting with Shilpa, and she had them in demolishing cabinets, installing new countertops, painting, staging, and ready for the open house in two weeks.  Three days after the open house, we had four offers, with multiple over our asking price.  Shilpa exceeded our expectations, and we are happily relocated with more profit than expected.

In summary, we have worked with Shilpa three times, and each time she has exceeded our expectations.  Whether it is selling or buying, she is the ultimate professional and leads her clients through the process easily.  We consider her a professional partner and friend.

Buying a Single family home seemed like an impossible journey, but Shilpa was very diligent in finding places for us to view during our search helping us narrow down the area and type of home my wife and I wanted.
