Unfortunately, I wish our home buying process would have been more positive. During the escrow process, Shiloh would not communicate our concerns with the seller. For example, we had concerns with a termite repair after talking with the inspector and she never brought it up with the seller even though we brought it up several times for it to be addressed. We had other similar requests and she was unwilling to speak on our behalf, as we couldn't speak to the sellers directly. It was very stressful and I did not feel like she ever had my interest in mind. This caused an unwarranted amount of stress. Another issue that came up was that at one point I stopped receiving emails and it turns out she was sending out my loan information to a different email. I understand making a mistake but when handling someone's personal information, I believe more caution should be taken.
