Well make sure you get every detail of your event if your filling a claim. I pulled over in a hail storm may 26 and didn't get the street address of where I pulled over and now can't file a claim! That's stupid. Also they have changed my auto withdrawal payment amount several times leading to banking issues.

Tonya and Shelter are the best!!! Have all our insurance with them. Good experience if you should have to file a claim. I like having someone local that knows my situation and not having to call an 800 number wherever!!!

Above and beyond excellent customer service! My boyfriend hit a deer on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and while waiting for a deputy to come assist with a report, Tonya had the policy number and exactly what to do for a claim. I filed the claim using the Shelter app and also emailed pictures to Tonya. By the time the office opened up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday on Monday, the claim was completed.
