I was a victim of a car crash. I have been extremely overwhelmed by losing my vehicle due to this careless driver because of the amount of sentimental value I have in this car(my mother purchased this car for me in 2018 a few months before she passed I have kept this car in good condition for 5 years with no tickets or damage or accidents on my record as a 22 yr old ) so seeing my vehicle smashed up because of a careless wreck less driver that got enjoyment( the women that hit all 3 vehicles tried fleeing the scene and was laughing & happy about crashing into us. I have unfortunately had to deal with Jill Bice and her unprofessionalism & demeaning me as a young driver. I would never recommend this company because of how they treat young drivers and how they handle situations.

Horrible customer service, can not get the office to call back, Adjuster Nick J. doesn’t return phone calls, text messages that state a 24 hour response time or return emails neither does his supervisor which I have left messages for
