Joan and her staff is wonderful. They care about YOU as a human vs just caring about collecting your $. When storms and tornadoes hit the area, she personally reached out to see if we are ok and if we need help w filing any claims. Kaylee was very quick in getting rates to us, and we really appreciated that. Seems like a very nice young lady. She was very professional. I live out of state and had to attend to my father's affairs upon his passing. Joan went way above and beyond with helping me find what I needed and making calls on my behalf that helped me navigate the steps I needed to take while visiting. She could have easily just left me to my own devices to figure things out which would have taken alot more time, energy, and effort.
