I would like to give a huge “Thank You” to the New Bern Allstate Agency! I had the opportunity and pleasure to spend a great amount of time on the phone with Mrs. Kathy Rouse today which she went above and beyond listening and trying to help me with my insurance needs. She was patient, professional, kind, understanding and never appeared to get frustrated throughout the entire conversation! Mrs. Rouse did not give up and worked the numbers and quotes and stayed on the phone with me until I felt comfortable with the numbers that worked best for me. When I called back to verify I had received the information and to find out how I could leave a review, I spoke to Christina as Mrs. Rouse was on another line. Christina was equally as sweet!
