Bathroom remodel due to water damage. SERVPRO of Haywood was professional, thorough, and dependable. Project manager kept in contact with homeowner providing updates, answering questions, and explaining the process. Employees were courteous, friendly, and did an excellent job. Cleaned up all work areas when project was completed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My house was flooded during Helene. I called Servpro for an estimate. The rep they sent stated he would email me within 2 days of the walk through (11/4). I gave them 2 weeks due to the volume of work they were getting before following up on the estimate that was supposed to be sent in 2 days (11/18) and was told "they will be calling this evening", I even had the ladyon the phone verify my info in case that's where the issue was. Now another 2 1/2 weeks later, (12/5) still nothing. I consider this a bullet dodged. If your company's service is this bad up front, I do not trust the quality of work would be any better. So I guess, thanks for being crappy and saving me a costly headache down the road. I'll be going elsewhere.UPDATE- Your response only let's me know I really dodged a headache down the road. It's nice to know that flooded homes with water damage and mold are "non-emergent". My son, who now lives outside of the home due to his asthma and the mold feels differently. Also, I didn't call a month after. I was placed on a waiting list with your company for 3 weeks prior to receiving a call to even begin dealing with your company. Bottom line, don't tell someone you will do something and then try to get snarky (you failed) when they call you on your poor service.

Servpro was quick to respond to my water leak. Todd managed all the mitigation services right down to the final installation. He hired some great contractors to do the work. Keep up with your and your insurance payments because they are handled by different people and they sometimes get mixed up. I highly recommend ServPro!

Traci with Servpro of Haywood County was excellent to work with. She was on time for meetings, got the estimate to me in a timely fashion, and kept me informed with progress with before/after photos. My step-dad and mama smoked cigarettes in the house for 45 years with doors and windows closed. Servpro did an amazing job of cleaning walls, floors and ceilings. There is literally no smoke smell left in the house at all. Highly recommend Servpro team. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

I am very grateful to this company. I purchased a property in Canton, N.C., moved in Monday, woke up on Tuesday with a flooded basement. ServPro arrived Wednesday morning 9 A.M., went to work cleaning up, sanitising and making me feel safe. That was most important! Shawn, a young fellow, was knowledgeable and quick. Wow- this team is incredible. My late aunt’s house accidentally caught fire shortly after she passed away and the insurance company hired Servpro to do the repairs.
Not only did their team sift through a lifetime of charred belongings to see what we could save, they also removed every item in the house so it could be professionally cleaned, organized and stored safely.
Their construction team moved pretty quick, despite supply chain issues and we received regular updates as to where they were at in the process with full transparency.
Tom, the project manager at the time, was exceedingly patient with us. I was liaising the repairs for my cousins who weren’t in a mental space to make any decisions - which lead to me taking the responsibility of choosing things like paint colors and flooring. Tom, the construction team, electricians and plumbers went above and beyond to make the house a home again… I cannot express how grateful I am to the Servpro team for being our allies through the process.

It’s hard enough losing a beloved family member but to go through the mental and emotional weight of an electrical fire all but destroying the house she cherished so deeply, where reminders of her life sat waiting for her to return from the hospital, was ineffably traumatic and sad.

Everyone that we encountered, from the clean up crew, to Melissa who managed the inventory side of things, to John and Tom, and even Amber at the office, were incredibly empathetic and wonderful humans throughout the process.

I know that we weren’t the easiest clients to deal with, especially with the circumstances surrounding cousin’s lack of presence and the overwhelming indecision that ensued when it came time to pick things out.
Servpro was gracious, patient, understanding and supportive.

Upon moving in, some things that weren’t working properly needed to be addressed. John sent out a Servpro representative almost immediately and the electricians they work with came to the property promptly as well, to address the issues.

I cannot recommend Servpro’s services enough.

My mom's house flooded back in September. She called me to let me know what had happened. I live 5 hours away. I called ServPro based on a recommendation from a family member who lives in the area. WOW!!!!! What a great choice. John, the owner of the company was there on the first day, and communicated regularly throughout the entire process. This company has been so good from start to finish. They were there almost immediately with vacuums and fans and trucks and personnel to start the removal of water and water damaged stuff. They worked quickly and efficiently to assure that mold did not have time to grow and cause further damage.

We decided to take this opportunity to replace other items in the house that were not damaged by water but needed updating. They worked with us to determine the best, most cost and time efficient ways to accomplish what we wanted done.

The communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. Todd was the project manager and I could not ask for better customer service. Living 5 hours away, I needed assurance that things would be done when they were supposed to be done. There was NO miscommunication throughout the entire process.

We replaced cabinets, countertops, sink, dishwasher, flooring, shower, moved laundry facilities, did plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, and the list goes on. There were several subcontractors used in the process. These subcontractors were held to the same high standards that ServPro's own employees are held to. They were on time, stayed late when necessary, work so hard, were professional and polite. I would personally hire any of the companies to do work in my own home.

I highly recommend this company!!!!! Hire them. You will not be disappointed.
