Dear sellers and buyers! This review is for my amazing real estate Broker Sergio Ceja and his team.

The sale was for 385 Spring Hill Dr. Morgan Hill, CA 95037.

I had the great pleasure working with Sergio and his team back in November 2023. Of course this review is long overdue. Unfortunately during the whole process of selling our house I was overseas and had too much streamlining to do after the sale. Finally everything has fallen into place.

To put some context around my relationship with Sergio, he was my third real estate Broker, and the one that got the job done to my satisfaction even though we were up against unfavorable circumstances. The circumstances were inflation, timing, and the unfortunate event of having the house on the market for too long.

I partnered with Sergio after going through two Brokers that did not meet my expectations. The 1st broker which I hired during June, July, August'23, while helpful, with staging the house and proposing some good solutions, unfortunately his efforts did not yield any satisfactory results. With the second Broker I had the most awful experience and had to even involve the MLS Director to resolve a serious contractual problem while my house was withdrawn from the market without my permission.

Sergio on the other hand, from the very beginning was tenacious and attentive to my needs, requirements, and expectations. I had decided by the time I partnered with Sergio in November'23, since the house was on the market for too long, to drop the price considerably but still sell it at a reasonable price. We were also at the tail-end of the year and there were too many holidays to work with which was a challenge. Dropping the price was a sound choice.

Sergio also recommended improving certain areas inside and outside the house which he took care of them personally. While buyers were presenting low offers during November and December'23 (the norm), he respected my expectations and pursued aggressively the asking price even though time was not in our favor. His team and especially Daisy Chavarria, expedited in a timely manner everything required: phone calls, emails, documents, sign-offs, etc. In addition, Sergio's Escrow Officer Jill Mason, did an excellent job streamlining all the paperwork without any challenges while I was overseas. To be fair I would have been happier if I would have sold it above asking (who wouldn't ?) however given the circumstances, I am very happy with the results. Sergio manage to negotiate and strike a fair deal for both me and the Buyer without compromising the asking price!

I would highly recommend Sergio Ceja and the rest of his team who will pursue aggressively your asking price, and or above it if there are favorable circumstances. Sergio and his team was always polite on the phone, professional, patient, and managed successfully what was required while I was overseas. Simply put he was focused to meet my expectations. A true professional, excellent performer, and trustworthy Broker who would first and foremost meet your needs. Excellent work ethic, and passionate to do the best for you!

In my next sale(s) I would not hesitate to partner with Sergio again! I trust his abilities and competencies 100% and I know we will end up with another success story!

Sergio was a Pleasure to work with...!

In 2018, my wife and I were in the market for our first home. I am always skeptical of dealing with "salesman" and had pushed off buying a home for a long while. On top of the fear of the unknown and not understanding the process of purchasing our first home.

Sergio took the stresses away and explained the whole process to us. He showed us many homes and was discouraged when we were out bid on quite a few occasions. I remembered him saying, "Don't worry, we will find the right house for you guys." He was never pushy and never gave up on me or the misses.

The loan process was extremely easier than I thought. He and Miguel Rubio (loan officer) made it seem less stressful. They tell you exactly what documents they need and never bothering you with useless phone calls.

In fact, you will find yourself calling them more with the... "What about this... what about that questions." (These were my own made up stressers in my mind). Sergio always returned my phone calls and was always willing to answer my questions I had.

Eventually, August 2018 we took delivery of the keys to our new home. Sergio was there to hand us our keys. It was joyous and memorable day.

Even years later, I called Sergio for help with looking over my refinance paperwork which was unrelated to his company and for a plumber reference when I needed our water heater replaced. He was there to help with expertise and with a solid plumber.

I highly recommend Sergio Ceja as your future realtor and his team to guide you through the process of making the "American Dream" a reality for you and your family.

Integrity, Trust, and Dependable is Sergio.

He also LE/First Responder friendly for those fellow officers/deputies who wanna know.

Hire him to work for you and your family. You'll be glad you did when he get you into the home of your dreams.
