I had no idea how refinancing worked and didn’t know where to start. Through a neighbor that used Sente we were introduced to Stefanie and Blake. My neighbor couldn’t say enough good about Sente so I used them. They exceeded all my expectations! We were approved by the VA, but there were a lot of hoops to jump through. Stefanie knew what to do through every step and did it quickly! It took longer than I thought it would so I became weary and worried, but Stefanie was ALWAYS accessible to answer all my questions and be put at ease. She was so easy to work with and understanding!
