Amanda at Seniors Benefit in Hot Springs is AMAZING! I went to one of her free workshops at our local library in my home town a little over a year ago. Her Medicare knowledge and knowledge of the best insurance supplement for each person in the room who asked her questions (and each person had a different work situation) was most impressive. I have told many of my friends about her. She is helpful, personable, caring, and just overall easy to work with. She has since been of great help to my husband and me in acquiring our medicine at a reduced cost. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. Katie assisted us with working through the complicated Medicare process from the start and has always been so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We feel that the plan choices they provided have been the best available for us. Both Katie and Amanda have helped me with several issues which were always resolved in a very efficient and timely manner. Katie Atkinson at Seniors Benefit in Hot Springs is an absolute God send when it comes to explaining insurance information. She took her time, was very patient, and listened to every question I had. There were times she had to repeat or rephrase her answers to ensure that I had an understanding of what my policies covered. When it came to my drug plan, she provided a few options and the proceeded to show me the pros and cons of each plan.She provided written data so I could follow along as she told of each plan she had researched for me. We went to a Senior Benefit informational meeting in Russellville, Arkansas just before we qualified for Medicare. That was when we met Wallace Stone. Wally was very helpful in helping us all understand all the details we needed to know. He has helped us every year since then when it’s open season for changing our prescription insurance. Anytime we have a question he returns our call and explains things in a way that we can understand. Honestly, I don’t know who else could ever have helped us the way Wally has. He is so kind and seems to be a very nice man. A special thanks to Wally for all your help.
