Whenever we had questions, concerns, or doubts we reached out to Jazmin at any time of the day morning or afternoon and she always answered. Jazmin is definitely knowledgeable and all about business. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend her to friends, family, and anyone serious that’s ready to buy their home.

So...our story starts with Ken Parker (at Good Deal Realty) 2 years ago. I was interested in purchasing a house closer to my work (which was about 70 miles from my current house). I got in touch with Ken through Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider program. When I submitted my information, not only did Ken get back to me immediately, he talked with me about what I wanted to do and sent me comps on what the neighborhood was doing. I told him I was looking to purchase in about 6 months. Well…due to work conflicts, I wasn’t able to purchase for 2 YEARS!!!!

Nevertheless, Ken checked in on my ever 4-6 months to see how things were going. When we were finally ready to sell, Ken came over and sat with my wife, myself, a toddler who kept wanting to play dinosaurs with him, and a screaming newborn for over two hours to completely walk us through the selling/buying process. In addition, Ken spent time with me and walked my property to review any areas that needed to be fixed before listing (which he suggested fixing the fence and painting the fascia boards).

When it came to purchasing a house, Ken went with us every single time…70 miles from the High Desert, just to review the house. Ken never “sold” us on a house…rather he helped us buy. He listed the pros and cons of every house we looked at. After 4-5 trips and 20+ houses, we finally found the house we were meant for. Then the fun stuff happened…

We went into escrow on the house we were selling and put an offer in on the house we wanted. Without providing all the gory details, Ken balanced a difficult and tumultuous schedule with ease. In addition, he worked directly with our lenders to get us the best price, product, and support.

We sold our house for asking price, got into our dream home, and none of it would be possible without the help we got from Ken and all the other folks at Good Deal Realty. I couldn’t recommend Ken and Good Deal Realty higher. Ken walked us through the process just as a long-time friend would.
