I couldn't have chosen a better company to work with on the sale of my house in Hayward, CA. I originally reached out to brothers buy homes, and was not impressed at all by their sales approach, or their offer, so I had very low expectations going forward with other companies. For anyone that has a manufacturer home in a mobile home park. This is a true and honest company. Don't try all these other people they don't know what they are doing. Peachtree was great honest, and great company.
They saved me from loosing my home. They know what to do for these kinds of homes. It's not like a normal home. You need a special kind of contract since u have park rules u need to follow. Peachtree was the only company that got it right.
Spencer was great to work with he keeps u informed on what's going on.
I would recommend Peachtree
when selling your home. Don't waste your time with these other companies. If it wasn't for Peachtree I wouldn't have had a home to sell
