Extremely unprofessional and makes HUGE mistakes. I referred a friend to her (before she filed for me) and she missed $20,000 in deductions. Then when I had her do my 2020 taxes, she switched the numbers around on my income form and showed me owing money instead of me getting a refund. I didn't submit the forms because I suspected they were incorrect and ended up paying another CPA $800+ to find and fix Selina's errors. When I addressed this with her, she was unwilling to refund for any of her work and simply stated she "Didn't charge me for fixing her own mistake" and that should be good enough. I'm a business owner as well and I'm extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism and ability to execute her job properly. I would NOT hire her.

Selina always makes me feel at ease when doing my taxes. She is patient, she explains things (sometimes twice, lol) she makes you feel like you're her only client during your appointment. I highly recommend her services. Her front desk staff is also super friendly & organized.

Called looking for a CPA for a small business, I was told I would have to pay $150 to come in and go over what I needed done. So if you are a new customer you must pay to be a customer first, and then pay to have the work completed.
