I recently had a rather disappointing experience with this business. I did not receive a callback as promised. When attempting to reach out, my calls went unanswered until I dialed from a work number, where Lori answered promptly.

The professionalism took a further hit when I discovered that Janie had misinformed Octavious, claiming to have spoken with me when, in reality, I only interacted with Lori. Unfortunately, my conversation with Lori was far from pleasant; she displayed rudeness and impatience, making it clear she wanted to end the call quickly.

During an in-person meeting with Janie, I noticed a snobbish demeanor with their nose seemingly in the air. What was particularly unsettling was Janie's inability to maintain eye contact, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.

Overall, this business's customer service leaves much to be desired. The lack of communication, misinformation, and discourteous behavior do not reflect well on their commitment to fostering positive customer relationships. I hope they address these issues to improve the overall experience for potential customers. This entire experience has been a complete waste of my time. The lack of communication, misinformation, and unprofessional behavior have not only left me frustrated but also questioning the integrity of this business. Time is a valuable commodity, and unfortunately, my interactions with this establishment have proven to be an investment gone awry.
