Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration of dealing with this insurance agency. The principal, Lisa Rose Fuhrman, will never return calls or emails! Since November 2024, I have been trying to get her to fix her input error on one of my insurance policies. As of February 2025 and after 15 phone calls and emails, it is still not fixed. Further, she sells ineffective policies that are juiced with commissions, but perform poorly. Find a real agent with a sense of customer service, quality control, and integrity. Stay away from Select Insurance Services in Lake Havasu City!

Owner treats clients very differently from employees. She was condescending and seems to enjoy to be intimidating toward employees. A genuine person doesn't show two faces.
