Cristina Toves, was so very helpful , we stop by to question a debit card issue, but founded out that a lot of my information that was enter into the system was from a old account that I had many years ago and was NEVER updated by the clerk at the bank that I open a brand new account with on Wednesday November 27 on another side of town. Ms. To es review our account and made me aware of the many issues and then updated our account with all new account information and we was so well pleased with the service that she provided, because I was ready to pull my funds out and moved too another bank. Thanks Christina for your professional help, we appreciate your help.

I stopped visiting the Castroville SSFCU branch because of poor customer service from Jesse. I am handicapped and have been having vision issues so I had Jesse help me a couple of times and he was rude and stated I need to fill out forms. I tried explaining my situation and he reprimanded me about next time have it filled out. I have several banks that I have accounts with and this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with lack of empathy for my disability. I would change banks but I love SSFCU and don’t want one individual to take away my bank. I send either my son or daughter now in fear of getting him again. I would give a zero on rating if I could!

Tina was awesome today. My husband was scammed and she alerted the fraud dept and further investigated to make sure there were no other fraudulent activity. She was also able to get us new cards same day. I was also fortunate to have her help us get our minor an account set up. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to answer any and all of our questions and addressed our concerns.

We we’re met with intentionality and professionally by both the bank teller Jessie and Manager Patricia we highly values there services they went above and beyond in helping us and discussing our benefits as well as communicating effectively all we needed to know and guiding through the best decisions with our merchandise. We highly value these individuals with all there abilities to best help us with needs such as fraud, and further questions. We would totally recommend reaching out and continuing services with this credit union. We even had a good laugh and we’re treated with the upmost respect and advice.
