Warren Adams is rude and has issues. I offered 70,000 cash on his 94,000 listing and he would make every excuse available so he couldn't work with me. I said can I submit a letter of intent for 70,000, he said he will not take my Letter of intent. He said find a buyers agent I said can I go unrepresented he said no he doesn't work with buyers who wave representation. I said can you represent me as the buyers agent he said no very rudely. Then I said "ok I will look for a buyers agent thank you" then he just clicked and hung up the phone.
What a rude and disrespectful person. Hope his brokerage sees this and sees how he talks to customers. I was all cash and have proof of funds but he would push me off to the side so much I didn't even get to say that. I could have even offered 75,000 and quick 20 day close but he just tells customers to hit the road

This review is for my real estate agent Cindy Christman. My review will sound like a "paid" review because of how much praise I have of Cindy and her work, but she really did go above and beyond. As a first-time buyer, from start, to finish, Cindy made the home-buying process so easy and worry-free. She was always gung ho and positive about finding the "right" home for me. After multiple failed house viewings, I felt somewhat defeated and unsure if I would find the right home. But Cindy was always positive. Each house we viewed, she checked everything for me, noted issues or concerns and followed up promptly. Not only that, she felt like a friend in the whole process. In the span of 3-4 weeks, after at least 8 house viewings, I finally found and close on a home. If it was not for Cindy and her passion to help people, I seriously do not think I would have gotten to the house I have now.

Thank you Cindy!! You deserve all the referrals thrown your way and I hope this review helps you ten fold!
