I was interested in a property in the Duck community and visited to view the area.
We decided to parked in the designated parking spot for guests and visitors. Upon leaving we saw the attached note threatening to tow our vehicle. We were parked in the community for less than 20 mins. The person who placed this here ( seaside management representative), did not hesitate to place this here upon seeing us leave the vehicle. Though the area is gorgeous; unfortunately, I don’t feel that people of a certain complexion are welcomed in the neighborhood. I did not feel comfortable during my short time here.
I cannot judge the entire neighborhood based on this experience but Seaside Management is the face of the community. As opposed to policing people visiting the community, maybe try to have a conversation and sell/promote the positive aspects of the community.

I own properties at not one but two communities that Seaside neglects to Manage. Shannon and Shallow bag being the worst. If you enjoy watching crashes in slow motion and people sitting on their hands doing nothing to fix even the day to day regular maintenance like “pest control” for example. If that scares you then wait till you have real issues with your property that falls under their umbrella! Waiting on serious breaking wall repairs for well over 6 months and not even a real update for the 70+ owners that are just protecting their property like anyone else. 2 1/2 years to replace a broken hot tub these are common issues that any community has yet it is made to sound the most complex task anyone has ever been a part in. Still waiting on someone to take ownership and do their job and I am hardly alone in feeling this way. I really hope they can turn this around but I cant even justify a 2 star in its current state. I retire next year if your looking for leaders and someone to take accountability but I may have to let some people go and ask others to work. At this point I am happy to even get a reply to my emails much less addressing the problem. ISO management company who cares if you know of anyone…

I own a condo in Corolla that Seaside manages or should I say not manages. They have been difficult to respond to even small issues. They are not timely, are rude when approached with problems. If your monthly fee is not paid to them on day one of the month, you receive a nasty email. It is a shame to have a nice dwelling for relaxation and have to deal with this company that causes so much frustration.

Our family comes to Four Seasons in the Duck community every year. It is beautiful, nice and a great environment!! It's great for the family and adults. However, this is the first year we have been treated so poorly from a specific lady in management Miss Carol. Whenever we arrived about a couple hours early before check-in time we parked our cars in the community entertaining area and immediately Carol came running out to meet us in a very unfriendly way. We were asked not to be in the community use any of the community facilities and was treated very rudely as if we weren't a paying customer of the community we so dearly love renting from year to year . I believe that was improper, disrespectful and quite frankly very disgusting to allow someone to work and represent a good community with poor service. I don't see us coming back here in the future for the specific reason. I hope this helps people thinking to come here if Carol is still here. I will be telling all my buddy's who meet us here in the community to see if carol is still working before considering spending thousands of dollars on a home but receiving terrible customer treatment.

Terrible customer service. I was relaxing by the pool in my neighborhood when a maintenance guy from seaside management comes in.. he was nice at first said hi and then went into the maintenance closet. Then he comes out and starts moving the pool furniture around and comes to where I’m sitting and tells me he needs the umbrella that I am using and move it into a different table.. and I said well can this not wait I’m using this one at the moment? And he said no it can’t my office is in kitty hawk and I’m not going to wait for you to be done and continues to take the umbrella from me and starts moving MY OWN PERSONAL BELONGINGS out of his way to move the table I was also using. I told him this could have waited until we left and he said no it couldn’t have. So, I told him thank you for ruining my
One day off to relax at the pool and left. Once again terrible customer service. Seaside management doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional.

I have a house in Four Seasons and am always impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and helpfulness of the folks I interact with at Seaside Management, including Ashley, Caitlin, Vickie, etc. They are terrific partners in providing the best vacation experience to our guests!

The looks of the community were good and the club house had fun things to do but sadly the staff is a bit disrespectful in the way they talked and treated us. Carol in particular was the worst of the staff, not pleased with her service she should not be working the front desk.
