Words cannot even begin to express how amazing Sean is! Realtors come a dime a dozen - but Sean is special. He is extremely knowledgeable, unmatched work ethic, and most importantly for me GREAT COMMUNICATION. Purchasing a new construction home can be overwhelming and a lot of details can be overlooked. Sean made the process seamless, he took the time to review everything on our behalf, he was in constant communication with our lender as well as the builder, he provided regular updates to us. No matter the time of day, he was readily available to answer our 13942 million questions LOL.
Sean is truly passionate about what he does, working with him was not just transactional - he treated us as family. We would definitely be working with him in the future

I was in a huge bind, our landlord used a clause that pretty much stated if he needed to do any repairs or replace AC that he could terminate the contract. Needless to say they did exactly that. Sean Sanders was and is an experienced the meaning of professional when it comes to closing houses and explaining the ends and outs. When I tell you we closed in 23 days with a VA loan, bc we needed to be out in 30 with time to move all our possessions, Sean Sanders and Team made it possible. If you need your house sold or need to buy a house this is the person to have in your corner.
