What can I say Shimika was great!

She immediately responded to my message. Other offices I called asked me to text/call them next week. Never met a tax consultant who is totally down with just texting/calling, ya know? The first 3 tax preparer offices I called were more of the old-fashioned kind where they make you call them to go through the questioning process with their team before finally getting to talk to the actual tax preparer themselves (since I had many questions) and required that you go into their office. There was no personal touch to those 3 tax preparer offices and it felt like you were just another number to them. Shimika wasn't any of that. She was totally personable. Very professional, very knowledgeable, informative, and honest. That last one is very important in my books.

Shimika, based on this one experience, I would totally recommend her and I would not hesitate to reach out to her again for tax advice in the future. That extra mile of calling me on a weekend, especially added that extra touch. You also get a free consultation too!
