I had been going to Randy for about 16yrs. He had always done a great job with my taxes. But my 2020 taxes not so much. He messed up big time that I am still waiting for my 2020 refund, and here it is 2022. Time for tax season again. He had to an Amendment because of a mistake he made. Now my money is just sitting waiting to be processed!!! I will never use him again!!!!!
