Scotty Wood State Farm has been great to work with. Always very knowledgeable and helpful, from setting specialty policies to adding new vehicles and sending paperwork in minutes.

We had some issues with corporate State Farm overriding quotes unexpectedly, but the local office resolved the issue quickly and we weren’t charged. Very professional, prompt, and easy to work with.

I’ve only just recently switched to State Farm; but, I’m already eager to boast about how awesome my experience has been thus far. I’ve spoken to a few staff, all of whom have been super friendly and helpful, and Bailey specifically has helped make switching easy. After getting in contact, I found her to be patient with my questions, accommodating to my schedule, and thorough in making sure all of my needs were met and worries abided. I needed a document? Immediately sent. I needed a quote adjustment? Done and broken down for me in a way for me to easily understand. Needed clarity on something? Bailey’s prompt with the answer.
