The regular truck will get loaded while you wait. Not very fair if I get here first for same apt. They literally moved me aside and took the guy behind me, called him by name. I will turn down freight out of here next time. Remember when your business needs more truck and you burn the bridges we won’t help you.

Little wait but overall good place to load. They close at 5:30pm. It’s by appointment only. I got there earlier and they managed to move my appointment time. 👍

Now I see why the reviews are so bad.
8 hours in here. No reason!
If your an independent, just turn it down and find something somewhere else. You'll save money.
Sat 5 hours in a line that didn't move.
2 hours getting loaded
I guess all that's needed to work here is a pulse. This is on my list of places to avoid.
Better luck to anyone that comes here. Not worth it.
Loading is terrible. Place is in need of management and dependable employees.

Scotts is my favorite company to do business with. Their management team is excellent. They care about their employees and are supportive. Everyone is friendly on-site and willing to help. This company offers entry-level positions and is willing to train for each position. They are eager to invest time and energy into anyone who wants to learn and is looking for the opportunity to Grow!

As someone who consistently does business with Scotts, (and I have for a little over four years now) I cannot say enough good things about them. The management team that I work with is truly top notch! They are human but they do what they can for their employees. For example, if you work for them and production is down for maintenance, they will find work for you to do so you can still get your hours if you want them. Adam, Zack and Mindy are amazing people and I'm thrilled to have them on my team! Growing more GOOD, together!

I have nothing but good things to say about Scotts and the amazing management team they have in place. I have enjoyed learning and growing with them, as well as the excitement for the future growth we are collectively working towards.

Avoid picking up here. This place is a joke. Had an appointment to pick up Thursday afternoon. Showed up before my appt time and they were turning all trucks away. Said they were canceling loads for the rest of the day. Turns out they were so behind in loading trucks, there were trucks waiting out in the road to get in and the cops came. Had to reschedule for early the next morning, Friday. Showed up at 4:30 AM. There were maybe two trucks in the yard getting loaded and six in line ahead of me. Five hours later, when I got to the front of the line I finally just left. As I'm driving through to leave, I see four of the trucks that had previously been in line ahead of me still sitting empty in different parts of the yard. That means that from 4 to 9 they managed to get MAYBE four trucks loaded. No wonder they get backed up in the afternoon. I'm sure the cops will be there again today.
