I've worked with Nicole for more than 10 years and have always found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable. After AAA cancelled our home policy (California) we moved our auto insurance back to State Farm at a lower cost.
Several years ago Scott and the State Farm team worked through the loss of our vacation home to fire without issue and with integrity! State Farm may not be the lowest premium but when it comes to loss and liability, I want them as my insurance provider!

We love our State Farm office. While we have been dealing with waiting on a part for our car over the last 8 months. Laura went above and beyond time and time again to make sure our rental car was secure, to getting updates from the shop, you name it, she did it! She makes that office what it is and we really appreciated all her help with both times we were hit and needed assistance! If you want great service, this is the office!

I came to Scott Yuill insurance company because my last broker did absolutely NOTHING for me! If I had a claim, I had to approach the insurance company myself! When I was required to provide information for a claim through my last agent, she failed to forward that information to the insurance company. I finally decided to move my account to another broker.
Scott Yuill had my wife's life insurance, so I decided to go there.
I have been very pleased with the level of concern provided at Scottl Yuill & Co. from the time I walked through their door.

Nicole was very helpful and professional. this specific insurance agent, kindly helped me understand my insurance needs. Her bubbly personality, and kindness she had shown me the whole time was amazing. Put me in a positive mood the rest of the day.

My parents use Scott Yuill insurance agency and highly recommended them. We recently bought a house in Rocklin and went through this agency for our insurance needs. Nicole was an absolute gem! She worked with my lender to get us homeowners insurance just before State Farm pulled out of California for homeowners insurance. She worked hard to slid us in just under the wire! I would recommend this insurance agency and Nicole to anyone!
