We've used Scott for 4 years now. He and his whole office are fantastic! I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Scott is the most enthusiastic and passionate tax professional I have ever met. He has answered all of our questions thoroughly so that we understand for both personal and business.

Personally, I have never had an issue reaching Scott to discuss something or any of his colleagues via phone or email. That being said, if it is Jan - May I only ask time sensitive questions where I need an immediate answer or are pertinent to our current tax filing. If there are any other items I want to clarify or talk through something with him, I wait until it is not tax season to pick his brain.

He is proactive in filing for an extension should one be needed. We've used him to file in multiple states or just NC/federal and he has done a great job. Knock on wood we've never had an issue and feel very confident with his guidance, advice, prep and review methods.

Additionally, the person he referred me to to teach me quickbooks was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and helped me learn quickbooks from the ground up. She is always available if I reach out with a query.

Overall 10 out of 10 and we will continue to use Scott.

Scott is great! He really takes his time with you to make sure that you understand the tax process and he's available for questions throughout the year. He also sends out helpful reminders for things like paying our estimated taxes for my husbands 1099 job and newsletters that give you updates about whats going on in the tax world. And the newsletters are actually really interesting and helpful don't let the fact that they are about taxes fool you!

Scott has been my accountant for over 10 years . He is very personable and comfortable to work with. . I've always done my own personal taxes with tax software. While it's easy I never felt I was getting every deduction I was entitled to. I met Scott at an event and after a conversation I felt comfortable hiring him to handle my taxes. The first year he saved me several thousand dollars. SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS.
