Our experience with Schuber Mitchell was ruined by their representative, Jackie Walker. While others at Schuber Mitchell were kind and helpful, Jackie was consistently unresponsive, dismissive, and unreliable. She ignored emails, rarely answered questions, and often didn’t respond at all.

We raised concerns about the home’s cleanliness multiple times before closing and were repeatedly assured a final clean would be done. Jackie even told us it had been done. That was a lie. On closing day, the floors were covered in dust and debris, the carpets were stained, and the house was not move-in ready. Jackie essentially ignored us all day until late afternoon, then offered a last-minute “solution” that barely fixed anything. On moving day, they sent one person to clean the entire house (who spent 3 hours working on it and we're still finding dust and debris everywhere), and I had to step in and mop myself just to make the floors livable. Jackie never apologized—just told us to file a warranty claim.

To make matters worse, she was supposed to send us important documentation that our inspector highly recommended we receive before closing. She had it before closing but didn’t send it until four days after closing—as a screenshot over text. When we asked for the full document, she refused and told us to submit a warranty claim.... for paperwork...

Jackie Walker was completely unhelpful from start to finish, and her incompetence made the entire home-buying process unnecessarily stressful. If this is how Schuber Mitchell allows their representatives to operate, I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Buyer beware.
