I went to set up direct deposit and only because I decided to check with my payroll that they showed I set it up correctly was it caught, but the associate that helped me at the branch put a different account attached to my name so my check would go to the wrong account. When I went back in to get a copy of the form I can personally give to my payroll I asked about why it was wrong and shouldn’t the number my payroll have match my account number I have online? They said they don’t know how that could happen and that it was probably a typing error. But it wasn’t just a number off. It was a completely different account number. And it said it was going to a savings not my checking. I asked if I should report it and the teller told me oh, no, don’t do that. Seems like they may be trying to run a scam. Now I don’t know if my info is even safe with them let alone my money.

I don't recall the gentleman's name but I went in for a car loan. My credit was not so great but I was working on it. He was able to get me approved and helped me with a list of cars and dealerships that work with schools first, which was extremely helpful. Every time I go in I always get great service and friendly staff.

Horrible service. A guy named pedro attended me today.. Made me wait in line for about 5 minutes. Kept looking at me. Wouldn't even try to get my attention or wave me down to let me know he was available. Finally I walked up to his window to ask him if he was available to attend me. He said yes... all I needed was a new card. Made me wait about 15 to 20 minutes to get a new one. If he has personal problems at home he shouldn't bring the to his job. Will definitely tell people to avoid this bank. I'd rather go out of my way to rancho Cucamonga just for there service.

I opened up a account at this bank recently It took 10 days to get debit card and pin in the mail I went to use the atm machine in store to deposit checks and atm machine took my card and did not give it back....my first ever transaction at this bank and now I am back to having no card. Security officer said this has happened a few times today. Time and gas wasted, luckily I have not closed my other bank account.

I went there because its a shared branch atm.the atm is owned by them, but if you use a get money and go ask if they can change for large bills they you have to be a member keep in mind this from their own atm in less than 2 minutes with recite. This very unprofessional way of doing business
