the security guy was great but the little gossipers in the front were not i already deal with social anxiety i went in with my mom to get a knew card and 2 kinda bigger ladies in the front my mom called my name i went to head back and i heard “ is she good “ like that is so disrespectful and embarrassing i just was in silence i don’t know the lady and security were great then the gossip unprofessionals come around lol they need some training

Friendly Staff but everything else needs help. They closed the inside machine which was a huge blow because this isn't exactly the safest area at night. Then the one outside won't even take money for payments. So far ive watched 3 people walk away in frustration because they couldn't use the machine either. For some one who works all day 6 days a week and can't make it during the day before they close is frustrating. I should not have to take a day off to deposit my cash.

I love this place. I've financed multiple cars, have taken out personal loans and looked into financing a home with them. They offer very competitive rates. The branch has friendly informative staff. There are lots of of ATMs around the AV and have an after hours member only ATM access option available at the branch location.

Poor communication. Held on to three months of my retirement contributions and did not notify me via email or phone call (um, ILLEGAL). Then after visiting the branch where I was assured I would be contacted the following morning; I had to call in the afternoon and STILL no phone contact was made. Once again, I had to drive to the branch to follow up. In an age where texting and phone calls are so easily made; there is no effort.

Hands down the easiest/most pleasant banking experience I’ve had to date. I was assisted by Karla, she was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the financial stuff I came to take care of. Highly recommend!
