I called ahead to get all the information I needed in order to sign my sister up with an account. The receptionist was very rude and judgmental. She looked up back and forth asked if we had the same dad? She told me I couldn’t sign her up because I didn’t bring a birth certificate to prove she was my sister. She was very rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend banking with them.

I love schools first even after being frauded 10000 dollars I continued to bank with them and at this branch I felt comfortable but after working with Fernando today I’m curious as to how he ended up in this customer service position with zero listening skills I’m glad there are more branches close by with people that are more human beings like and understanding and excellent listening skills Fernando you made me uncomfortable I felt as if you were not listening not understanding and overall just rude please read a self help book dale Carnegie has quite a few

This Credit union allows fraudulent transactions online and through their Atm . I know several people who have had their accounts cleaned out by transactions from this specific bank! Without the card present beware ! I have Receipt transactions to prove it too! They suck get better security measures for your bank.

I would have loved to give this Credit Union 10 stars if I could. The Customer Service is exceptional. Your greeted with a smile and excellent service. All the windows were staffed and always greeted with extreme hospitality. I believe Customer Service is the key element for any successful business and this Credit Union has it. Great experience and Thanks to all of the staff.

Im so happy i opened an account here. My bf has had one for years and has told me nothing but great things about them. I approved for a car loan first day i was there and the person that helped me was Fernando. He was very informative since it was my first time leasing a car. Service was clear quick and very friendly. Even the young man at the front desk is awesome very helpful and very kind. Every employee acts professionally which i appreciate. They are doing a great job and its rare these days i walk into any retail office and receive such great service so i felt compelled to share with all of you i highly recommend banking here if you can.

A truly amazing bank/credit union, that focuses on it's customers. They provide so many services that are helpful, and they see you as quickly as possible. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and upbeat. As a member, there are so many services that they provide that are convenient and easy to use. Unlimited transfers, member to member transfer, emailed balance each day, and loans at excellent rates. They care for you as a person and then as a member, absolutely amazing!!!!

Great Credit Union with good rates, benefits and customer service. Just opened an account, got an auto loan and the entire process was so easy and quickly. They focus on customer service and I appreciate that!
