I had problems.with my mortgage. I was really frustrated because I wasn't given correct information that was si.ple yet detrimental to my escrow. Branch member her bent over backwards to assist me and resolve my issue.

Emily is very kind and helpful and patience!! I totally recommend her to work with you she’s good helping kids who are fussy like mine. I was very frustrated about a money situation but she helped me to be at ease and helped me finished on what I needed to do for my situation. I want to acknowledge that’s she is an amazing employee did great at providing amazing service thank you schools first for always being kind in general !!

This credit union stamped my pink slip on the back. The dmv would not accept that as proof that the car was paid off. They should know where the stamp goes bad training. To make things worse when I went into the bank to have this fixed they said it had been so many years that they no longer had the information. At this point the dmv told me I had to get someone from the Credit union and a notary to sign more forms. I can only imagine how many other people had to jump through hoops because they don’t know how to properly release a paid off title.

This Schools First is the best. The most helpful bank out there. My car loan and personal loan were super easy and the staff is always helpful and friendly and empathetic to my needs. Today Chiara went out of her way to help me and was the best person I've ever interacted with in a bank.

This is hand down the BEST bank period. I'm not just saying that. They truly care about their members and they have some of the easiest financing terms you'll find and most generous lending practices PERIOD. They even finance salvaged vehicles.... NO ONE DOES THIS! I love telling lenders what my interest rate is and their response is always.... "we can't touch that"! We have purchased 6 vehicles from them and you better believe that our house loan will be through them as well. They have earned a customer for life!

Best bank I have every used by far. I have been a member for 21 years and have used many banks. These guys have great service, great prices, and no BS fees ever. It feels like this bank is on the customers side, not in it to make money off of you.
