Exceptional customer service not only ensures customer satisfaction but also fosters loyalty, encouraging clients to return time and time again. With that in mind, I want to extend my gratitude to Cat for the phenomenal customer service and professionalism I experienced 9/6/2024. Cat exceeded my expectations to ensures all my questions and concerns were addressed. She even offered great tips and resources for me to check out and utilize. This entire branch was so warming and welcoming. Even after Cat finished assisting me, I continued to receive outstanding customer service when I was opening up an additional account. My family & I always have pleasant experiences at this bank. The workers are very kind, friendly, and professional. They've also offered advice & made wonderful suggestions when we didn't know much about IRAs, the programs offered to O.C. teachers etc. , and more. We also appreciate the banking times. Some banks have shorter hours, making this bank really convenient & it's in a nice area, so you could also get some shopping/ errands done.

I had to go in today because I needed to pay rent without an ID, debit card, or phone. Yesenia directed me to the teller who asked my a few identifying questions to be able to get cash, checks, and new debit card. They were very helpful during my excruciating circumstances. I am very grateful for their friendly and solution-oriented customer service staff. Since moving from Wellsfargo for a few years, I've been quite happy with Schoolsfirst as a bank and this location as my primary location.

I went to this location for distance convenience, however; I was not fully satisfied with the service. The young lady that helped me was not welcoming and didn’t show any effort to cover my questions. At the end of our meeting she just said “Ok if not more questions you are ready to go” and she just remained sorted on her chair and never shook my hand once. At the Downey location I always welcomed with a charming smile and always make me feel comfortable.

Schools First Credit Union staff are awesome. The SFCU team has a way of making everyone feel welcomed, seen, heard and valued. I frequent, the Lakewood Office Branch regularly and the 2 SFCU staff that have always made me feel welcomed are Tracy and Vesna McKay both provide excellent customer service and always greet me with a smile!

I have been a member with this credit union for 7 years. Started when it was in Stater Brothers before this location opened. Went inside this branch to address a problem I was having with my account. Vesna McKay was very professional and not only that, she gave me some really good advice that helped me keep my accounts active.
