Sadly in my experience with this “Branch” they were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I believe that when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE, you should NEVER judge a book by the COVER.

They just might have more than you think or even more than you. What a Disappointment!!

I love SchoolsFirst!! This is my go to place because of the workers and it’s so fast! No waiting, Hardly ever lines, and they make you feel welcomed. The worker Maggie helped me out so much !! I Believe her name is Maggie Tran 🥰 we where working on my first auto loan and she helped me get my first car 🙌🏼 A (Honda Pilot) I will always remember Maggie and all the help she did for me 🥹!! Thank you Maggie!!

This branch is the slowest branch I have ever been too they are always understaffed and wait times are always super long they need more staff ASAP they always only have 2 to 3 tellers and never more and the line is always long doesn't even matter the day

I really like the school’s first FCU, today came in to cypress branch to set up a wire transfer. Now Waiting for more than 1 hour still to call my name. Seems that have staffed as needed for the morning.
