Horrible experience here. I am a new member that was considering bringing all of my assets over to this credit union but nvm. This branch ignores you or treats you just like another number like the big banks do. Please avoid this branch and credit union if possible. Canceling everything immediately. And no I don’t want a generic response to call you guys to talk about it. Please bank with Navy federal if you guys can!

The ATM here ate my deposit and didn’t even give me a receipt. I’m absolutely tearing my hair out trying to solve this with my own credit union, who has to conduct their own investigation into what occurred here. I even called their customer service line to ask for advice on what to do, and they told me that even if I came into their branch to ask for some type of record that I had used their ATM to deposit cash, they would not be able to help me as they do not handle anything to do with their ATM systems. I deposited hundreds of dollars last week, which I desperately needed in order to pay for my rent (due now)!!!

How can this even be possible?!

Tellers are friendly but when there is a long line they should limit their conversations to a minimum, too much unnecessary friendly conversation, only 1 person infront of me and it took way longer than it should.
