Nancy went over and above in helping me both sell my old home and buy my new one. Right when I signed with her she had signs up on my house and had planned an open house that very first weekend. We had an offer in less than a week. I know this is very unusual and probably not realistic for most sales. She kept me informed weekly about the status of my sale and the purchase of my new home. There is no question about whether I would refer her to others, as I already have.

Simply put, Nancy Hyske made my dream a reality of owning my first home in the country! My sister referred Nancy to me. I believed in Nancy and she believed in me. Nancy was "spot on" from start to finish in this transition! Nancy made me feel like I was her only client that she was helping (even though I know I wasn't) Nancy is a "go getter" always there when I needed her. Nancy always called me, returned my calls quickly, had papers to be signed, always had my copies, she made all appointments on my time frame. Purchasing a home can be exhausting, trying, and make one very anxious. Nancy made this home purchase easy and enjoyable for me. The 30 day escrow flew by like it was 29, lol! Not only is Nancy a fantastic, caring realtor, but a true friend also now. If I purchase another house again, "I would choose Schaffer & Companys' Nancy Hyske once again!"
