Beware of greedy tactics.

With this agency almost 3 years, they claim my profile was excellent , no accidents, excellent credit, this agency never worried about receiving their money in full when they billed!

When I tried to put new drivers on they quoted 260% increase on my auto. When I inquired about such a large increase, it took over a week to get a lower quote from them, now 160% over my former auto bill with them.

The new company I went to, gave me a quote in 4 hours and stuck to their price, when I moved to them. With the same exact coverage limits and the new drivers on the policy, I'm being charged $2.10 more for the year than my original auto coverage bill from this office.

The response from them is they are the best auto coverage available.

News for you, you are not the best company out there, not according to Forbes! Just do the research.

So you have lost all my business and now a different company who is a direct competitor to you replaces you.

Too bad for your greed and snotty attitude. Shame on you.

Chelssy is by far the best agent I’ve had the honor of doing business with. She is very straight forward, along with a fully professional view. She discussed the terms top to bottom I couldn’t have made a better choice on my part. If she can’t beat the compete with the price she will tell you. Five stars and two thumbs up. There are many reasons why this office is the best experience I’ve had with State Farm or any other insurance, But CHELSSY is by far has a lot to do with this great experience. She does her best to answer all my questions and to make sure I understand the process happening. She is very sweet and attentive! Everyone is very nice in the office and I am grateful to work with State Farm.
